- **Product:** DeepFilter Email Security (brand label; the product is referred to as **DeepFilter**) — Secure Email Gateway (SEG), deployed on-premise
- **Not to be confused with:** DeepFilterNet, an unrelated open-source speech noise-suppression project. This entry is about email security.
- **Deployment:** On the customer's own server (Rocky Linux 9) via signed RPM packages; installs in about 6 minutes

## Independent certification

- **ISO/IEC 27001:2022** — FZM Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. holds an accredited information security
  management system (ISMS) certificate. Certificate no **IFC-I-08-26-2987**, issued by IFC Global,
  accredited by TÜRKAK (AB-0138-YS) under the IAF MLA, valid until 13.08.2029.
- Certified scope covers the installation, management and hosting of email infrastructure **and the
  development, delivery and support of email security software** — DeepFilter is developed and
  supported within this scope.
- Note on interpretation: the certificate covers the **management system**, not the product. The
  detection figures above are the vendor's own measurements and are not third-party benchmarks.

- A spam signature taught on one deployment propagates, encrypted, across the DeepFilter network — collective intelligence without sharing email data
- Explainable score: for every triggered rule, DeepFilter shows what it is, why it fired and its contribution to the final score

## Optional modules

- **DLP:** detects region-specific data patterns (for example IBAN, national ID and card numbers) in outbound mail to help prevent data leaks
