This notice explains how FZM Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("FZM", "we"), the operator of the DeepFilter brand, processes personal data collected through the demo and contact form on this promotional website, within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Where the Turkish and English texts differ, the Turkish text prevails.
Important: DeepFilter, the product itself, runs on your own infrastructure; your organization's routine email traffic is processed within your facility and does not leave your servers. The data processing described on this page relates only to the contact form on this promotional website, not to the product.
Data Controller
The data controller is FZM Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (brand: DeepFilter). For all requests regarding your personal data, you may reach us at satis@deepfilter.io.
Personal Data We Process
When you submit the demo or contact form, we process the following personal data:
- Name and surname
- Organization name
- Role / title
- Corporate email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Approximate daily email volume (optional)
In addition, for technical reasons — to prevent spam submissions and to correctly associate your request — your IP address, the date and time of submission, and browser information are recorded.
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to fulfil your demo or proof-of-concept (POC) request, to respond to your contact request, and to carry out the related sales and technical evaluation process. We do not carry out marketing outside your request without a separate explicit consent, and we do not sell personal data.
Legal Basis (KVKK Art. 5)
Processing relies on the explicit consent you give by submitting the form and/or the legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Transfers and Data Processors
To fulfil your request, your form data is shared with the following systems and processors:
- Twenty CRM — a customer relationship management system hosted on FZM's own infrastructure at crm.deepfilter.io; your request is kept here as a contact and opportunity record.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), form processing (Worker) and a temporary backup record (KV) run on this infrastructure.
Since Cloudflare's servers may be located abroad, your form data may be considered as being transferred abroad within the meaning of KVKK. To avoid any misunderstanding: this transfer abroad concerns only the contact form data on this promotional website; the DeepFilter product itself runs on-premise and your organization's email traffic is not sent abroad.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil your request and to carry out the related sales and communication process.
Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred at home or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request erasure or destruction of your data
- To request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

The website may use essential/infrastructure cookies (Cloudflare) required for it to function, and a functional cookie (df_lang) that remembers your language choice — written only when you click the language switcher. No third-party cookies are used for advertising or tracking; no analytics or marketing cookies are used.
